- Cox Cable is running some tests and this may be affecting the access of some users to the UA WebAuth system. WebAuth is required to access several systems on campus, including UA email, D2L, and StudentLink. This means that the problems users are having are not a consequence of D2L malfunctioning--nonetheless they are not able to access D2L course sites. There are a couple of workarounds to deal with this issue. One of them is to use a provider other than Cox until this is resolved. For example, use computers in campus computer labs, or access the campus network on their computers, or any computer that uses a different provider. The other option is to use the VPN software, which can be downloaded at https://sitelicense.arizona.edu/vpn . This is free software, and instructions on how to use it are provided on the site.
- Pop-Up Blockers are stopping users from being able to Compose messages in D2L Email and Discussions. For more information on how to set up your pop-up blocking software visit our Browser Check page.
