June 19, 2007 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
CCIT scheduled maintenance and upgrades.  Intermittent outages may have impeded access to WebAuth, WebMail, and the U System. Such outages may have affected access to D2L.

D2L unavailable due to scheduled maintenance outage.

April 20, 2007 5:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
CCIT scheduled maintenance and upgrades.  Intermittent outages may have impeded access to WebAuth, WebMail, and the U System. Such outages may have affected access to D2L. 

April 12, 2007 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m
CCIT scheduled core router upgrade.  This meant possible interruptions in Internet connectivity of less than 1 minute while this work was being done.  

March 13, 2007 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Scheduled downtime is complete and D2L is fully operational.  File server move is complete.

January 26, 2007 4:00 p.m. - 5:35 p.m.
Scheduled downtime for D2L is complete and D2L is fully operational.   Security patches were applied. A new File Server was installed to allow for continued growth.

March 2, 2007 5:00 p.m. - 5:10 p.m.
CCIT scheduled a brief emergency downtime for some of their storage appliances that provision storage used for email and webauth. The downtime to these services was to be for less than 5 minutes. Downtime was needed to failover cluster environment due to a software upgrade required to fix some critical bugs in their storage appliances.

February 11, 2007 1:30 p.m. - 2:10 p.m. UA South D2L Users Only
CCIT scheduled a system upgrade on routers servicing UA South in Sierra Vista. Connectivity for DSL and T1 users was down for 40 minutes as a chassis, processing engine, and software were installed. This may have had an impact on D2L access for UA South users only. 

February 6, 2007 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
CCIT scheduled downtime for code upgrades.  Outage intermittent within two hour window.  Some operations which may have experienced downtime are UANet ID, WebMail, and Student Link to name a few.  All operations back on line as of 7:00 a.m.  

January 26, 2007 4:00 p.m. - 5:35 p.m.
Scheduled downtime for D2L is complete and D2L is fully operational.   Security patches were applied.

January 5, 2007 6:00 p.m. - January 6, 2007 5:45 a.m.
Scheduled downtime for D2L is complete and D2L is fully operational.   Patches and bug fixes were applied.

January 5, 2007, 6:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Library EReserves, the Inter-Library Loan (ILL) and Express Documents were unavailable. According to the UA Library this was an unscheduled downtime.

January 4, 2007, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Planned UA WebAuth and Webmail intermittent outages. CCIT's planned service upgrade is to improve their storage environment while providing bug fixes and stability enhancements related to some issues they recently encountered.

October 24, 2006, 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Users trying to login to D2L via webauth may have been prevented from doing so due to CCIT network connections being down. This was not a planned outage.

October 16, 2006, 10:15 a.m. - 12:20 p.m.
D2L was unavailable. The problem was attributed to database logs being filled which prevented D2L from functioning. D2L Corporate was notified and the problem was corrected. This was not a planned outage.

October 1, 2006, 11:00 a.m. - October 2, 2006, 9:45 a.m.
D2L experienced FrontPage server issues. The 'Request a Coursesite' and 'Report a Problem' forms were not available. This was not a planned outage. CCIT made the necessary repairs to FrontPage.

September 1, 2006, at 3:30 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
D2L was unavailable during this time frame. In an ongoing effort to correct the day's earlier problem D2L was down. This was not a planned outage.

September 1, 2006, 2:00 p.m. - September 3, 2006, 6:00 p.m.
A problem with D2L Email delivery was discovered. D2L Email delivered email messages intermittently between Friday, September 1, and September 3. The problem was resolved and all messages were then delivered. No messages were lost

August 28, 2006, 2:45 p.m.
We made further adjustments to increase server performance.  A large improvement to speed and responsiveness has occurred.

August 28, 2006, 9:30 a.m. - 2:44 p.m.
D2L was extremely slow. We continued to monitor performance and make adjustments as needed to improve the speed and responsiveness of the system.

August 25, 2006, 5:30 a.m. - 6:15 a.m.
D2L was unavailable during this time frame. This was a planned outage as we implemented a third round of performance improvements in response to the weeks poor performance. We continued to monitor performance and make adjustments as needed to improve the speed and responsiveness of the system.

August 24, 2006, 10:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
D2L was extremely slow. We continued to monitor performance and make adjustments as needed to improve the speed and responsiveness of the system.

August 23, 2006, 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
D2L was extremely slow. We continued to monitor performance and make adjustments as needed to improve the speed and responsiveness of the system.

August 22, 2006, 4:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

August 11, 2006, 7:00 p.m. - August 14, 2006, 6:00 a.m.
