March 27 , 2006, 10:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
WebAUTH continued to have intermittent service until CCIT resolved the issue.

March 14 and 15, 2006, 10:00 a.m. - noon on both days.
There were no interruptions in service on Tuesday or Wednesday.  We applied a software fix to correctly display student enrollment in the Classlist and Grade tools. The name of a student who drops a course after March 10th will not appear in either of these tools. Unfortunately, the Classlist and Grade tools still show students who dropped a course earlier than March 10th . We expect to apply the fix for this problem in late spring or early summer.

31 October, 2005, 11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
WebAuth (the process that NetID uses to authenticate users) was running slowly. WebAuth is not a D2L component, but a CCIT service that D2L uses for security purposes. The problem was an unforeseen spike in users trying to access WebAuth. This has been accounted for and should no longer be an issue. During this timeframe it may have taken a user several attempts to successfully log in to D2L.
